The 60's and 70's may have been the time of polyester, but that does not mean that people were not styling. The hippie chicks along with the disco divas gets credited a lot for being the "it" fashionista of that time. But one group that people fail to notice are the women of the infamous Black Panther Party. They are without a doubt one of the top fashion icons of these two decades::.
