Underrated Inspiration

James Bidgood's 1971 homo-erotic film Pink Narcissus is full inspirational scenes and bold colors as it explores the fantasies of a gay male prostitute. It is amazing how Bidgood captured such beautiful scenes in his tiny New York apartment. It is indeed a piece of art and due to the views of society, an underrated classic.

I'm constantly accused of being gaudy and over the top...and I am, but New Years celebrations call for nothing but glitz and glam. Look vibrant and fun as your counting down to 2011. Sequins cocktail dresses are must wears, but if thats not your glass of wine try bold colors like hot pink, orange, or yellow. Black and white dresses are also acceptable but make sure it makes a statement. Summing up, "Simple Sally" or "Plain Jane" is not enough, you want to end the year with a bang.

Releasing on September 14th, Lady Gaga's look book LADY GAGA: Critical Mass Fashion will be a best seller and although I may not agree with some of her outrageousness of a wardrobe I will purchase because I'm sure it will be very inspiring::.
